I am able to play it thanks to <a href="http://scummvm.sourceforge.net" rel="nofollow">SCUMMVM</a>, an excellent piece of software that is keeping these LucasArts classics alive. I'm sure you could find a copy of it on Ebay if you really wanted it, though there are also various abandonware sites that offer downloads of classic games. They are always in a state of flux for obvious reasons - nobody likes seeing their IP available for free, despite its significance to gaming culture and history.
